ESTEPONA can be found approximately one hour from Malaga airport. The resort has a lovely port with numerous bars and restaurants to spoil you. For those who really like dining out, you won’t have to go far to Benahavis, known as the ‘Culinary capital of Andalucia’, still retaining the old charm of this region.
Accommodation is first class, with some of
the finest hotels on the coast, the ever popular Diana Park, Kempinski Hotel Bahia, H10 Estepona
Palace, Selenza Estepona Thalasso & Spa, TRH Paraiso and many more Estepona hotels.
Like all resorts on the Costa del Sol, you don’t have to stray very far before you come across a golf course. Estepona boasts its own 18-hole course with stunning views from many areas of the course including the clubhouse which has just overgone a €400,000 renovation.
As well as Estepona Golf, travel down towards Gibraltar and you will find Duquesa Golf,
San Roque Old & New, Almenara, Alcaidesa Heathland & Links, Sotogrande, La Reserva and the mighty Valderrama, which has hosted the Ryder Cup. Towards Marbella and Puerto Banus, you will find more great golf courses including Flamingos, Los Naranjos and Atalaya New & Old to name
but a few on this sunshine coast.
